Introduction
17. 4. 2021 version, translated 14. 11. 2021
Dear visitor. You have reached a website where I continuously post collections of my life notes in the form of travelogues so that I do not get lost in them myself. I invite you to walk around them together with me to show you where I went, what I was looking for and why, what I found in them, and where they took me.
At the same time, I encourage you to never copy roads. Go your own way. That a pessimist is a persuaded [CZ origin: poučený] optimist is perhaps true, but only half the truth. Since an optimist is a wise pessimist. And others can persuade us, but we must make ourselves wise.
From my experience, I got the impression that our civilization is wandering and missing direction, often just like stepping aimlessly. It will be necessary to look for answers to the questions "Where are we?", "Who are we?" and "How are we?" to stop wandering and to start looking for the direction.
And why search right now? Remember what the Dalai Lama tells us: "There are only two days a year when we can do nothing at all. One is named yesterday and the other tomorrow. "
(Note: The timestamp of the parentheses tells me when the note was either created or reformulated. To keep the versions organized, if I change the text or image then I change the date of version by at least one day. The whole words written in capital letters are words from dictionaries, which I use in a specific meaning, and which I am specifying in my writings. The original files are in Czech, my mother language. If there are discrepancies between the translations, the version in the original takes precedence.)
I wish you a pleasant journey and, most importantly, that you do not get lost. Thank you for your attention.
