According to the current knowledge of physics, we consider the propagation of light, and electromagnetic radiation in general, as a universal invariant speed denoted by the letter „c“ with an approximate size of ≈ 2,99792456·108 m/s. Since this speed is also considered for the propagation of gravitational disturbances, changes in the distribution of energy in space, and the like, I have introduced the more general term of spreading INFORMATION for the sake of simplicity, because for us it is just the information about what is being spread.
